The Elite- Kiera Cass
Perfect Chemistry- Simone Elkeles
Dracula- Bram Stoker
Deadly Cool- Gemma Halliday
Social Suicide- Gemma Halliday

I am as usual late to update, but better late than never I suppose. I am doing quite well so far. I am really impressed with my reading. I also need to get back into reading my massive pile of library books, I have been using this week to concentrate on my own books collection dust and waiting to be read.

Find Me- Romily Bernard
Lola and the Boy Next Door- Stephanie Perkins
The Selection- Kiera Cass

Day 3: I finished Find Me by Romily Bernard and started and finished Lola and the Boy Next Door by Stephanie Perkins.

Day 4:  I started and Finished the Selection by Kiera Cass which was a re-read for me and I plan on reading a few chapter's of The Elite also by Kiera Cass before bed.

Booktube A Thon TBR

This is going up on the day of the booktube a thon in the hopes that I will actually stick to my list and not change it 5 times. This is a readathon which is geared towards Book Tube, but it is still a lot of fun.

My list is
Selection- Kiera Cass (re-read)
The Elite- Kiera Cass
Lola and the Boy Next Door- Stephanie Perkins

I am keeping it short and full of quick reads since I will be working the entire read a thon (as usual) so I want to feel accomplished. Please let me know if you are planning on participating.

Review of Saga by Brian K. Vaughan and Fiona Staples

Title:  Saga: Volume 1
Author: Brian K. Vaughan and Fiona Staples
Source: Bought new
Series: Yes
Rating: 5/5

Goodreads Summary:
When two soldiers from opposite sides of a never-ending galactic war fall in love, they risk everything to bring a fragile new life into a dangerous old universe.

From New York Times bestselling writer Brian K. Vaughan (Y: The Last Man, Ex Machina) and critically acclaimed artist Fiona Staples (Mystery Society, North 40), Saga is the sweeping tale of one young family fighting to find their place in the worlds. Fantasy and science fiction are wed like never before in this sexy, subversive drama for adults.

This is one of the best graphic novels I have ever read. There is a ton of hype around this series right now and it deserves all of it and more. I love that this is an adult graphic novel, however it does deal with a lot of adult content so this is a book for a mature audience.

The book in a short summary is about two soldiers who are suppose to be enemies in a never ending war who fall in love and have a baby. The premise is a little strange but the story comes together in a beautiful way. This book can be consumed in a few hours but I strongly suggest you have the next book on hand because you will want to devour it immediately afterwards.

This is a short review because I really describe this book without giving things away. It is funny at times and sad at other times. I adored this a whole lot and I devoured the second book in about an hour also. This book has become a new favorite.

Waiting on Wednesday

I have not done one of these in a super long time so I have a few books on my list this week. These are some of my recent books I have put on hold at my local library branch. Please leave recommendations for more books below.

The Dolls- Kiki Sullivan

From the cover: Boys want them. Girls want to be them. Someone wants them dead. Umm yes please.

In A Handful of Dust- Mindy McGinnis

This is a companion to Not a Drop to Drink which was super awesome so I cannot wait to read this.

Going Over- Beth Kephart

I took a history class in university that focused on the history of WW2 and the Berlin wall so I am always looking for more books on the subject.

Tease- Amanda Maciel

This novel is inspired by a real life incident of a teenage girl who faces criminal charges for bullying a girl who committed suicide.
